The ground floor apartment with 4 bedrooms, and upstairs are two apartments with two bedrooms each. The floors are connected by external stairs, the lowest ceiling height is 180cm. The terrace on the first floor offers a panoramic view of the sea, while on the ground floor you can enjoy the swimming pool or a barbecue on the spacious covered terrace. In the basement, which is reachable over outside stairs there is the billiard, while the whirlpool offers you relaxation. In addition to enjoying this modern house is certainly an adventure rafting on the Zrmanja and safari on Velebit.
