Apartment with a balcony, a roof terrace and a community pool near the beach walk and shopping

This well furnished apartment is located on a quiet road near the Shopping Center Habaneras in Torrevieja.

From the utility room you gain access to the sunny roof terrace. At the front of the house is a balcony with a table and chairs. After 150 meters is the community pool. It boasts a kiddie area and a large lawn. Street side parking is available near the apartment (no more than 50 meters from the property)

The complex is a duplex. On the ground floor is a large garden with a table and benches. A staircase leads to the apartment's entrance. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with two separate single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). On this level, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a living room with a satellite television. It is open plan to the kitchen. The kitchen offers a microwave, a stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, a juicer, a blender and a sandwich toaster and gives access to the utility room with a washing machine and a freezer. The living room and the double bedroom are equipped with an air conditioning unit (heating/cooling). The second bedroom is furnished with a fan. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Near the property is a water park with huge water slides. Please note that it is only open during the summer months. Other activities in the vicinity include scuba diving, tennis, swimming, jet skiing, golfing or paddle boating.

The town centre and the beach walk can easily be reached on foot. The shopping centre Habaneras and the large supermarket Carrefour are also accessible on foot.

    “Meget bra. Balkong og solarium med sol hele dagen. 15 min gange fra stranden og promenaden.Alt som trengs i nærheten. Trenger ikke leiebil her. Fint bassengområde. Selvfølgelig noen hunder i området som burde vært tatt hånd om av myndighetene.”
