In Evia, 5 km from Marmari port, 20 km from Karystos town, this villa stands over a very beautiful and quiet beach, into a property of 5.000 m² of a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, cedar, bushes and flowers. This very large yard (three levels, stone walls) equipped with barbeque and oven offers also a flat, sand covered terrain with volleyball net for children to play. You will enjoy the marvellous seaside, sea and mountain, trees and bushes down to the waterfront. This new built property, with marvellous sea view through panoramic windows, ends on the shore line, a beautiful beach of small pebbles, of crystal clear water where dolphins occasionally swim, overlooked by seagulls.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist eine sehr komfortable Privatvilla, in der wir uns wie zu Besuch bei Freunden gefühlt haben.
    Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft - etwa 5 km nordwestlich von Marmari. Andere Häuser haben Privatpools - bei diesem hat man quasi ein Privatmeer!!! An einem einsamen ca. 150m langen Kiesstrand, der an seinen Enden in Felsstrand übergeht, mit kristallklarem Wasser - sehr gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet.
    Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - mit allen Elektrogeräten, die man nur brauchen kann - mehr als genug Geschirr und Gläser und das obligate Kännchen für den griechischen Kaffee. Es sind auch verschiedene Gewürze und Dinge wie Kaffee vorhanden - das Beste von allem war aber das selbst gepresste Olivenöl aus dem Garten, das wir auch verwenden durften - ein Traum!
    Die Straße hinter dem Grundstück ist kaum befahren und die vereinzelten Autos werden durch das sanfte Meeresrauschen völlig übertönt.
    Es stehen auch verschiedene Spiele für drinnen und draußen, für Klein und groß, für den Strand und das Haus zur Verfügung, das einzige was nicht vorhanden war, war ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, die werden immer wieder vom Wind geholt. Auf der herrlichen Terrasse gibt es aber ohnehin genug Schatten, gleich beim Haus und noch luftiger unter den Olivenbäumen.
    Fazit: es war ein traumhaft entspannender Urlaub in einem traumhaften Ambiente. Die Fotos sind absolut korrekt soweit sie überhaupt mit der Wirklichkeit mithalten können.
    Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt für dieses wirklich sehr schönen Ferienobjekt.”
