Pleasant Holiday House in Santanyí with Private Pool and Magnificent Views

LocationImpressive country house located between Cas Concos and Santanyi. This superb and spacious farmhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful large lawned garden with magnificent views across the open, tranquil countryside. Only a few minutes drive is the pretty village of Cas Concos (3.4 km.) with local shops and some really nice restaurants and Santanyi (5 km.) with shops, restaurants some art galleries and a bustling weekly market. Within 15 minutes drive you reach Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and the tourist Cala D'Or with sandy coves, a never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour. In Cala D'or you can also practice water sports or enjoy an excursion by boat to discover the pretty south-east coast of Majorca.The villaXemarri is a superb two-storey country house offering a high standard accommodation. This charming country house full of natural light is furnished to a very high standard and offers air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. All the bathrooms have hairdryer.The ground floor counts with a hall that opens into bright the living / dining room with a really nice ambience, including some paintings of the owner. French doors open to the poolside and bouganvillea covered garden terraces. Spacious fully fitted kitchen with a side door to the large covered BBQ area. This floor offers three bedrooms, all very spacious and with gorgeous views to the gardens. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and French doors opening to the gardens. This en suite shower room is suitable for wheelchairs. There are two more twin bedrooms that share the adjacent full bath/shower room. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool and garden terraces. Guest's cloakroom/wc close to the hall. A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor study room. This is a delightfully quiet, relaxed seating area with a collection of the owners interesting books. The views from this room towards Santanyi are even more amazing. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the upper terrace with fabulous views. The next bedroom, also with twin beds, has en suite shower room, and access to the furnished balcony which is ideal for private sunbathing. The last bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite shower room. The far reaching views from this floor stretch across the open countryside towards the distant islands of Cabrera are truly beautiful.Air conditioning with a limited timetable.OutsideThe exterior is wonderful, spacious and well kept, with far reaching unspoilt countryside views; ideal to relax watching the unforgettable sunsets. The well maintained gardens have colourful shrubs, and mature Palm trees, all set within walled grounds providing plenty of space for children to play around. Charming L shaped vine covered terrace with a brick built BBQ; ideal for al-fresco dining. The superb swimming pool (12.00m x 4.00m Depth 1.20m - 1.80m) has Roman steps. Large sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers. Within the grounds are an almond grove and ancient carob trees. For your added convenience the double garage has a guest`s shower room/wc with the laundry room housing the washing machine and direct access into the kitchen.Gated swimming pool available. This is supplied complimentary.Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, towels for the pool, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

    “Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Gartenanlage. Sehr gute Lage mit schneller Erreichbarkeit zum Meer und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Zudem war ich mit dem Service sehr zufrieden, bei Fragen wurde sich direkt um "Probleme" wie z.b fehlendes W-Lan Passwort gekümmert. Einzig eine Einweisung ins Haus wäre ganz nett gewesen und die Beleuchtung der Aussenanlage ist Zeitgesteuert also ist bei längeren Abenden der Spaß gegen halb 3 vorbei. Trotzdem bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden und kann das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Im allgemeinen ist das Haus und auch der Garten sehr schön. Der Kontakt klappte wunderbar.
    Der größte Kritikpunkt:
    Das Behindertenbad ließ an Hygiene/Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Der Abfluss war total verstopft
    und sowas von verdreckt, dass einem übel werden konnte. Der Schaden wurde behoben. Trotzdem sind wir der Meinung, dass dieser Raum dringend renoviert werden müsste. Vielleicht sollte in der Beschreibung der Finca vermerkt werden, dass man in das Behindertenbad/Schlafzimmer nicht mit einem normalen Rollstuhl fahren kann, da der Zugang verwinkelt ist.

    Positiv: Ihre Dame vom Serviceteam gab uns die Adresse eines Sanitätshauses in Manacor, wo wir sehr gut bedient wurden und auch einen Super Toilettenstuhl für Behinderte gekauft haben, da die
    Behindertentoilette zu niedrig war. Außerdem funktionierte am Anfang die Klimaanlage nicht und es war nicht gerade warm. Nach einer Woche wurde das auch behoben.

    Für Urlauber ohne Einschränkung ist es eine wunderbare Anlage.”

    “Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das ganze Anwesen hat eine tolle Lage, eine super Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.”

    “Very nice place and location of the house. An extra plus that almost all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The pool was great and very big and all facilities were good. A big garage for two cars and an extra fridge and bathroom with shower were located in the garage. Very nice to use the bathroom when you sunbathing outside. Outside there are a big terrace with a big table with chairs and a big grill to have a barbecue in the evenings.

    Another thing that is good is that are plenty of sun chairs for all guests. The location of the house is about 5 km from Santanyi on the countryside surrounded by almond trees. It's very beautiful and calm. We can really recommend this place to have a nice vacation in Mallorca.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Finca. Alles war sehr sauber. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert und die Ausstattung, vor allem auch in der Küche (wir haben selber gekocht) war hervorragend! Es war wirklich eine Freude in diesem Hause eine kleine Oase vorzufinden!”
