This house is in Haverdal, a few kilometres to the north of Halmstad and just 500 metres from the sea and its sandy beaches.
It is a little holiday house of 60m² with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a French bed and the second has two single beds. The cosy living room provides ample space and has a big corner sofa. The living room has an adjoining kitchen and there is also a dining table for four to six people. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A sleeping corner can be separated off from the living room. The house was completely renovated in 2011.
The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace.
There are restaurants and shops about two kilometres away. It is only 200 metres to a little kiosk. There are golf courses and riding possibilities a few minutes’ drive away.
