Sie suchen für Ihren nächsten Urlaub in Zingst ein Feriendomizil ? Vielleicht haben wir ja das Passende für Sie! Unser Haus liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone, d.h., in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, ca. 300 m und schon können Sie den feinsandigen Strand und die herrliche Ostsee genießen !
Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt parterre und hat einen separaten Eingang mit kleinem Vorflur. Der Wohn-/ Schlafraum ist mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, SAT/TV und Radio mit CD u. Stick ausgestattet, ebenso mit Internet/WLAN (kostenlos) und einer kleinen Auswahl an Büchern und Spielen. Sie schlafen in einem Doppelbett (180x200). Es gibt eine separate Küchenzeile, die zum Wohn-/ Schlafraum durch eine Tür geschlossen wird. Sie werden also nicht durch Kühlschrankgeräusche gestört. Kochen m. Induktion, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. sind vorhanden. In der kleinen Ferienwohnung kleines WC/Dusche/Fön Außenrollo
Auf dem Grundsück gibt es 2 mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattete Terrassen sowie einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für Ihr Fahrzeug. Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Bis zum Strandübergang -17- sind es nur 4 Gehminuten. Der feinsandige, weiße Strand hat eine Länge von ca. 18 km im Nationalpark "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft".2 grüne Terrassen im Garten, zum frühstücken gut geeignet.
