This well equipped semi-detached house is situated on a beautiful Adriatic Riviera in Tucepi, under the Biokovo mountain. The holiday home is nicely furnished and ensures quality rest. In the attic there is a spacious living space and a terrace with panoramic view on the sea, Dalmatian islands and the place itself. The owner rents one more apartment house by the sea and offers guests free use of the swimming pool and fitness, while sauna is at guests’ disposal with additional charge. Tucepi is one of the prettiest places on the Makarska Riviera and is well-known for long pebble beaches and promenades by the sea. The last 300m to the object is a narrow road.

    “Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich sehr wohnlich, wie man es nicht unbedingt immer bei Ferienwohnungen vorfindet. Außerdem ist es sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es mal ein Problem geben sollte. Es liegt in einem Bergdorf und der Blick von der oberen Terrasse aufs Meer und die Berge ist atemberaubend. Es gibt keinen Garten, aber auf jeder der 3 Etagen eine Balkon und an der Eingangstür zur Küche einen gemauerten Grill. Es gibt auch Häuser im Dorf die zum Teil renoviert werden müssen oder manche sind auch unbewohnt. Makarska, Tucepi und das Meer sind in weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das einzige was fehlte waren Sitzkissen für die Terrassenstühle und eine Auflage für die Rollliege.”

    “Also von uns bekommt das Haus eigentlich fast 5 Häuser. Es ist liebenswert eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Möbel wie in einer eigenen Wohnung. Die Lage ist in einem Bergdorf, sehr ruhig. Super schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Kein Garten und grün drumherum. Nur andere Häuser die zum Teil renoviert werden müssen oder unbewohnt sind. Makarska ist etwas weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der einzige Hacken war die Ausstattung auf der Terrasse. Es gab Stühle und Tische und eine Liegestuhl. Allerdings wären Kissen und eine Auflage Matte für die Liege sehr nett gewesen. Und eine andere Möglichkeit für den Sonnenschutz. Wenn Wind war, und das war dann doch sehr oft, war es sehr schwer möglich den Schirm auf zumachen. Könnte dann im Hochsommer sehr schade sein weil die Terrasse volle Sonne hat.”
