This very inviting apartment furnished to the highest standard offers breathtaking views over the golf course of Los Flamingos Golf and down towards the Mediterranean. It is only a 2 minute drive to the five-star Villa Padierna Hotel, spa, club house, gym and tennis courts. The typical Spanish town of Estepona with its bustling Wednesday market and marina is only a 10 minute drive, as is the internationally renowned Puerto Banus famous for its designer stores, restaurants and nightclubs.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower. There is also a full guest bathroom. The spacious lounge dining area leads out onto a large terrace and a private garden overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a utility room. There are two large swimming pool areas surrounded by mature gardens.
