With its 4 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy moments of relaxation around the heated swimming pool (10m x 4m) while admiring the exceptional panorama. The villa also has a well-kept garden, a furnished terrace, and a plancha for your outdoor meals.
The villa is accessible via stairs.
Please note that the owner resides a few days of the year, in an independent studio at the villa at the entrance of the property. Generally absent from 7 am to 20 pm and in July / August.

- The villa has a pretty natural garden and a terrace area with swimming pool. The swimming pool measures 10* 4 and is heated before and after the season. The pool is secured with a roller shutter.

- A seating area and a dining area are arranged at the level of the villa's terrace.
Important Information :
- Access to the villa by a dirt road - no particular worries for a normal height car
- A caretaker resides in an independent studio at the entrance of the villa a few days a year. Generally absent during the day from 7:30-20h and in July / August.
- The villa is on two levels and several half-levels. (With stairs)
- Not suitable for very small children (1 to 5 years old) because there are outdoor areas with a slight difference in altitude, not secure
- A deposit will be requested before arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included.
- The tourist tax in force applies depending on the number of people and the number of nights.
