The charming holiday home Buena Vista enjoys an absolutely quiet, secluded location in the beautiful centre of Mallorca. A relaxing holiday with up to four people awaits you here. The surrounding plot is slightly hilly and lush with greenery depending on the season. As there are no boundary walls here, there is always a feeling of space. The view extends to the Tramuntana mountains, the Randa mountains and the silhouette of the village of Montuiri. The well-kept outdoor area offers various, partly covered terraces and a spacious pool area. It is embedded in fine Mallorcan sandstone and is easily accessible via beautiful flagstone paths. The cosy barbecue area by the pool can also be used during the day as a pleasant shady oasis.
The interior of the holiday finca is designed at ground level, flooded with light and very tastefully furnished. The main living area consists of a cosy living room with a fireplace, an integrated dining area and an open, small but well-equipped kitchen with an inviting breakfast area. Cleverly separated by a sideboard, a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame on the other side of the room provides additional sleeping space for one or two people. From here you can access another small, covered terrace. The two double bedrooms have plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a pellet stove in the main living area ensure a pleasant temperature even in the winter months. Oil radiators can also be provided if required. All the windows of the finca are fitted with fly blinds and wooden shutters to allow for relaxing siestas on hot summer days. The finca is located in the heart of Mallorca, just 5 km south of the village of Montuïri. Here you will find supermarkets and small shops. The beaches of the bay of Palma and the impressive natural beaches of Sa Rápita and Es Trenc in the south of the island can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
