An absolute dream villa, with sweeping views of the sea and plenty of peace and quiet in an idyllic rural setting - here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday. If this is what you are looking for, then the completely renovated and absolutely tasteful S'Alzina de Calonge is exactly the right choice for you. The exterior appearance alone is more than appealing - classic architecture, charming shutters and an excellently maintained garden. A large lawn invites younger guests to play and run around. But older guests don't have to be bored either: The divinely sparkling pool, nestled in a large sun terrace, forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area. Simply choose one of the comfortable loungers, bring a good book and enjoy a few hours of pure relaxation under the Mallorcan sun. The fantastic daybed in the style of a four-poster bed is also perfect for this purpose and conveys the ultimate holiday feeling. The large dining table is less suitable for relaxing, but all the more for having fun and socialising - it offers space for the whole family and is sure to make the evening barbecue a very special experience.

A large dining table provides the necessary cosiness to make dinner with the whole family a culinary experience; and the living area with its comfortable sofas is perfect for enjoying a nightcap or two afterwards. If you get tired at some point, you can opt for one of the beautiful bedrooms. With optimum comfort and a great view, you can create a wonderful, temporary sleeping oasis here. And for a refreshing shower in the morning, you can jump into one of the large, harmoniously designed bathrooms. Once you've freshened up, you can start another fantastic day of your holiday!

The location of the villa is ideal for those who value a rural setting but don't want to miss out on excellent transport links, which is definitely one of the advantages of this villa! Excursions or short trips to the surrounding villages are no problem thanks to the partly audible country road. You can walk to the village of Calonge, which is only 700 metres away, and perhaps soak up a little of the Mallorcan lifestyle while treating yourself to a small delicacy from the local bakery. A visit to one of the small coastal towns such as Cala D'Or or Cala Ferrera is also worthwhile. And if you like, you can choose one of the fantastic beaches and end the day with a wonderful dip in the Mediterranean. It doesn't get much better than this! In the south of Mallorca, in the small village of Calonge, you will find the completely renovated Villa S'Alzina de Calonge. You can do your everyday shopping in the neighbouring village of S'Horta, just 2 km away, where you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy and an ATM. And the coast with beautiful beaches such as Playa Portopedro or Cala Gran is only 4.4 km away.
