From this authentic villa between rural Campos and exclusive Santanyí, you can discover the south of the island and its beaches, some of which are part of nature reserves. For those who like to have it easy and comfortable on holiday (especially with children and/or dog(s)), Sa Pedrera is certainly a top choice: the swimming pool and the practical outdoor shower with viewing window Barrier-free and surrounded by greenery is right next to the terrace. It is perfect for relaxing hours under the blue sky or for a hearty barbecue. The outdoor area, separated by a wall, is an extremely sociable place. While one person sets the table and another puts meat and vegetables on the barbecue, the rest can enjoy a few more minutes in the sun on the evergreen artificial grass around the pool - there is enough space for everyone and every activity. There's even a table tennis corner, but preferably on the terrace in front of the house with a view of the garden, unless of course you can make it to your own personal chill-out area.

In the air-conditioned, two-storey interior of Sa Pedrera, the villa retains the more important things in life, just like country life used to. The villa's design focuses on a minimalist design with decorative tiled floors and rustic wooden furniture, which means that it is not only easy to move around, but also easy to clean. In the large living/dining area on the ground floor, there is a little space to snuggle up around the large flat screen TV, perhaps for a film night or sporting event (there is also a DVD player), and the adjoining kitchen already allows you to stock the table with snacks and drinks in a jiffy. A second TV room at the top of the stairs is another place to relax together and the roof terrace is another retreat. The four pragmatically furnished bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom) are evenly distributed over the two floors, as are two shared bathrooms. As soon as you have unpacked your things and found the right bed, your holiday can begin!

Mallorca's answer to Tuscany and the fine sandy beaches in the south of the island, from Es Trenc to Cala Llombards and Platja de Sa Rápita, await you. And as Sa Pedrera is only a stone's throw away from the Ma-19 motorway, you are well connected in every direction. Campos, with its medieval centre, is a pretty little town and is perfect if you fancy an espresso and a slice of almond cake before doing your shopping. The hills around the artists' town of Cas Concos de Cavaller are perfect for hiking, while the winding streets of Santanyí are full of life on market days. A little further towards Palma in Llucmajor you will find one of the most picturesque market squares in Mallorca. Treat yourself to a little coffee break at Café Colón on the way to the capital or to the Palma Aquarium, which invites you to dive in with its spectacular events.

The rustic Villa Sa Pedrera, nestled between the beautiful Campos and the well-kept Santanyí, is ideal for families and animals. In just over 10 minutes you can reach both resorts markets, shops, restaurants and cafés are within easy reach. The Ma-19 will take you directly to Palma to see the sights, while some of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast for sunbathing are within a radius of 15 to 20 km: Cala Llombards, Es Trenc, Platja de Sa Rápita or Ses Covetes .
