Newly built in 2019, this log cabin-style vacation home is located on a 500 m² large and separate recreational plot within a small vacation home settlement away from the village of Groß Nemerow in the district of Tollenseheim, only approx. 100 m as the crow flies from Lake Tollensesee. The natural bathing beach and the jetty can be reached in approx. 500 m, a golf course in approx. 300 m. The vacation home is modernly equipped and extends over 2 living levels. On the first floor there is the living room (upholstered seating area, dining table, LED TV, radio, air conditioning) with an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed, TV) and a bathroom (shower/WC, washing machine, hairdryer). On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, each with a double bed (1 x with furnished balcony), as well as a small guest WC. Heating is provided by electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room (initial supply of firewood included), carport and 1 additional parking space, bicycle storage room (charging facilities for e-bikes available), furnished terrace, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. A total of 4 bicycles (including 2 children's bikes) are available free of charge. For small children a high chair and a crib can be provided free of charge.further chargeable offers on site:- Dinghy for max. 5 pers. with motor 25 EUR/day or 100 EUR/stay, without motor 15 EUR/day or 60 EUR/stay- 2 standup paddleboards (30 EUR/stay each)- Grill Kota for 12-15 pers. 60 EUR/stay- Sauna. Bed linen and towels can be rented or you can bring your own. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water and W-LAN. One pet (dog/cat) is allowed in this accommodation.

Tollenseheim is a district of the village of Groß Nemerow on Lake Tolllensesee, the sixth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Neubrandenburg, the third largest city in M-V, is 12 km away. It is also the economic and cultural center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The concert church, small theaters and the Jahnsportforum, a multifunctional hall, regularly host high-quality events. In addition to good shopping facilities and numerous restaurants, Neubrandenburg's cultural park on Lake Tollensesee offers a beautiful local recreation destination, not only for the local population. Several bathing beaches, passenger boats, a 38 km long cycling and hiking trail around the lake and several cafés offer opportunities for both relaxation and physical activity.
