The former barn, built in a rustic style, stands together with a residential house, in which there are two further, separately rented vacation apartments, on the owner's spacious and fenced residential/waterfront property, directly on Lake Jabel. The vacation home is detached and separate on the property. Lake view from the terrace. Equipped with living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, satellite TV, radio), sleeping loft via room-saving staircase (double bed, ceiling height 1.90 m), open kitchen (electric stove, microwave, fridge), shower/WC, central heating. There is a terrace, barbecue, various seating areas on the grounds, boat and bathing jetty with rowing boat and paddle boat, orchard, car parking space and W-LAN. The total price includes water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Please bring your own bed linen and towelsPets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the steep stairs to the sleeping loft, the vacation home is not suitable for accompanying children under 5 years of age!
Idyllically situated directly on Lake Jabel and on the edge of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park, the small village of Jabel is the ideal starting point for extensive explorations in nature, whether on foot, by bike (the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs right through it) or on the water. The Jabelsche See not only offers unadulterated bathing fun, but also a modern marina and is connected to the neighboring large lakes, such as the Kölpinsee or Fleesensee. A particular attraction is the Damerower Werder peninsula, a special conservation area where bison have been living in an outdoor enclosure since 1957 and can be observed during the daily feeding at 11.00 am. There is also a fisherman's farm and a stop for passenger boats on the Werder, a restaurant in the village and a very popular ice cream parlor directly on the lake. Shopping facilities and other restaurants as well as recommended sights such as the Müritzeum adventure center can be found about 10 km away in Waren (Müritz).
