House Dolly is situated in the village Mugeba, a quiet place located only 2,5 km from the tourist resort Zelena Laguna and 5 km from Porec.
The house was built in 2012 and is located on its own enclosed garden of 740 sqm. The guests of the house Dolly have use of a prefabricated pool, a private parking for 2 cars, covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Holiday home for 7 guests with a total living area of 159 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, shower/toilet and a separate toilet. From all rooms there is access to the terrace and pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a wardrobe and a bathroom/toilet. One bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony and the other with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
