With its peaceful, rural setting, yet not far from the emerald blue sea and hidden natural beaches of the Adriatic, Villa Loverka is a beautiful villa set in spacious grounds that invites guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. Light-filled, spacious and comfortably furnished, the villa combines modern amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and modern en-suite bathrooms, while retaining the rustic charm of a country house with traditional beamed ceilings, solid wood furniture and a cosy fireplace that creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Two bedrooms are spread across the upper floor, while the third opens directly onto the inviting private pool area, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The pretty, covered veranda with the authentic built-in barbecue and a large dining table is an attractive refuge from the summer heat, as well as the perfect place for enjoyable al fresco dining. Another lounge area is located on the upper terrace with arguably the best views. With the magnificent view over the idyllic countryside with the emerald blue sea as a backdrop, who could resist choosing this villa as the perfect Istrian retreat.
IMPORTANT: Villa Loverka will be bookable for 2024 for a maximum of 6 people!!!This beautiful villa is located on the edge of the charming village of Krnica and offers a great base from which to explore this unspoilt region. It is an ideal location for nature lovers, as well as for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet still be close to the centre of entertainment. Its landmark is undoubtedly the bell tower of St Rok church, as well as the wild landscape with numerous coastal and forest trails, ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing walks and horse riding. The magical coast hides quiet bays with gentle pebbles and wave-washed cliffs crowned with aromatic forests. The harbour of Krniki Porat exudes the timeless tradition of fishermen, with the authentic backdrop of white stone, green maquis and crystal clear sea. For adventure enthusiasts, there is a fully equipped diving centre to explore the region's enchanting underwater world, while for the more discerning palates, fresh fish and scampi prepared according to old traditional recipes are always available.
The nearby sheltered bay of Duga Uvala has a modern hotel complex with a wellness centre, as well as various sports facilities, nightclubs and discos, but there are shops and restaurants in several villages and small towns in the region. For an even richer choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent Medulin Riviera and the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away.
