The rustic Villa Luisa is located in a small village Pučišća on the island Brač. Spacious, ecologically aware and in the middle of nature you can enjoy a holiday with a wonderful sea view. Truly beautiful and peaceful - the perfect second home for your unforgettable holiday.

Villa Luisa has an optimal capacity for 12 people with the possibility of bringing 4 children. The villa is located on an area of 10.000 m2, on which there are 2 luxuriously equipped residential units in the immediate proximity. One has a total space of 160 m2 and the other 90 m2. There are 6 parking places available for the guests.

The first villa has 4 beautifully equipped bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and the other 3 on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen which is connected with a spacious living room, everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

In the second villa there are 2 beautiful bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a modern bathroom. In connection with the living room there is a minimalistic luxury equipped kitchen. The villas are fully air-conditioned and offer free WLAN.

The focus of this lovely villa is definitely the beautiful saltwater 64 m2 pool. It is the perfect place for a refreshment after long summer days, where comfortable deck chairs tempt you to simply relax and enjoy every second of your holiday. There is also an outdoor barbecue, which simply invites you to the perfect barbecue you have been dreaming of all year long.

It is certainly important to note that both villas are completely ecologically aware. Solar panels provide both villas with electricity and a reservoir with 90m3 which supply the villas with water. Completely self-sufficient with photovoltaic system. If requested, wishes of the guests can be fulfilled by a family couple living nearby (about 70 m from the villa).
