Almost all rooms of Villa Nina overlook the sea, are pleasantly sunny and air-conditioned. The ground floor villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, private gym, laundry, indoor barbecue for preparing delicious delicacies and a children's playroom. In addition, the villa also extends over two floors. On the first floor there is a large, spacious living room with two sofas, a smart TV and a small bar with bar stools, as well as two bedrooms, while on the second floor there are three more bedrooms.

For leisure and enjoyment of guests, the villa has a beautiful pool (36 m2) with heating and five sun loungers in a beautiful Dalmatian setting, and not far from the villa in Tucepi there are numerous pebble beaches. Furthermore, the villa also offers guests table football, darts and billiards for entertainment.
