Two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom consists of two connected bedrooms, each has one double bed size 190x200 cm. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have wireless internet. You have one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, and one separate toilet near the pool. The elegant living room is decorated with a fireplace and numerous art paintings and details just like the rest of the house. Here you can relax with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, table tennis and table football will provide additional entertainment.

The 180 m2 plot features 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a rustic summer kitchen with a charcoal grill that turns cooking into a true experience and a fond memory of a holiday with family and friends. The villa is ideal for two smaller families as it has two parking spaces.

Sumartin is a typical small Dalmatian town in a beautiful bay on the island of Brač. There is still a small shipyard here, and the locals are engaged in fishing, viticulture, farming and olive growing so that you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. The place has a rich tourist offer, and the villa is located near restaurants, taverns, shops, beaches and bays - the house is even named after the beautiful Rasotica bay.
