The Cal Manout cottage is located at 1650 meters above sea level, in the heart of a friendly village in the high plateau of the Catalan Pyrenees and at the foot of the Font-Romeu forest. In an old typical Cerdane farmhouse, this completely renovated, independent cottage , very spacious, comfortable and decorated with care, will welcome you for a stay of leisure, relaxation and calm. You can also enjoy walks on the hiking trails of the Pyrenees Natural Park and in winter a free shuttle, located 200 m from the cottage, will take you to the ski resort of Font-Romeu Pyrénees 2000. Large independent renovated house, located in the village, facing south facing the mountains. 1st floor: bright living room (fireplace insert) with kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and private shower room, separate wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room (shower and bath), wc. Closed garage (1 car), private laundry room, storage room (skis, bicycles, provision of an elliptical trainer, table football, etc.). Large enclosed courtyard reserved for the gîte (garden furniture, barbecue, parking).
