In winter, you can step out of the door, put your skies on and enjoy the slopes in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser. The ski area is basically in front of your door and it is just 10 minutes’ walk to the Astberg toboggan track, on which you can take a sporty run.
You have the possibility to park your car free of charge. If you want to visit the centre of Ellmau, you can either go by car or take the free skibus.
In the surroundings, you can find swimming pools and saunas to relax or a golf course and countless hiking trails to keep yourself fit.

The lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location invites you to a wonderful vacation.
There are approx. 70 square meters of living space, consisting of hallway, kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom and WC is located separately next to the apartment on the same floor.
For barbecue enthusiasts, a barbecue area with grill in a picturesque setting is available by arrangement.
