Located between the center of Pula and the beautiful beaches of Pula, Apartment Barbieri is located in a quiet neighborhood 300 m from the sea, 1.2 km from Valsaline beach and 1.3 km from Pjescana Uvala beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an additional entrance on that floor.This 81 m2 apartment, fully heated with central gas heating, recently renovated and equipped in 4-star setting, with a huge balcony is furnished with luxurious designer furniture. Apartment with 3 bedrooms with king-size boxspring beds and 2 bathrooms with shower, fast and free WiFi, including 2 Smart TVs with satellite channels.There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a dining area. Guests have a washing machine available in this air-conditioned apartment.The apartment has a 13 m2 balcony equipped with garden furniture and 2 awnings. The balcony is fenced so that it cannot be seen from the outside, which gives guests a high level of privacy.Pets not allowed.The apartment is not suitable for youth groups.We have fully vaccinated personnel.This part of the city, called Veruda Porat / Nova Veruda is very quiet and calm. Bus stop for the city bus is only 150 m away. Next to the apartment is a children playground. Closest supermarket is only 50 m away, nearest restaurant is 100 m away and bigger stores and malls are 5 min driving. The city center is 1,5 km from the apartment. Tourist marina is 300 m walking. A beautiful promenade towards the sea is only steps away from the apartment, where in only 20 min walking there is plenty of sports facilities, rent-a-pedaling, rent-a-scooter, rent-a-bike, water slide, rocky beaches, and beautiful scenery at your disposal all day long. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 10 km from Apartment Barbieri.     “Die Wohnung war zwar sehr zentral, aber es fehlte leider der Hinweis das die Wohnung an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse liegt. Die Wohnung war auch sehr schwer zu finden.Uns habenleider auch die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Türen und Fenstern gefehlt und es wäre schön , wenn man an den beiden Balkontüren auch Aussengriffe anbringen würde. In der Wohnung an sich hat es an nichts gefehlt.
    Auf dem Balkon wäre es schön gewesen einen größeren Tisch zu haben , da wir gerne draußen Essen. Wir konnten uns gut erholen aber mussten leider doch jeden Tag das Auto nutzen.”
