Das Ferienhaus verfügt über Schlaf- und Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Schlafsofa, Sitzecke, TV und Radio, Flur mit Kleiderschrank, Duschbad mit Haartrockner, Küche mit Esstisch, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster.
Es befindet sich auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, ist ebenerdig mit Terrasse, Tisch und Stühlen, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm.
Das Parken ist direkt am Grundstück möglich.



Das Ferienhaus Clara befindet sich in reizvoller Randlage des Städtchens Schwaan. In 150 Meter Entfernung fließt die Warnow in Richtung Ostsee. Wenige Minuten Fußweg sind es bis zum Radweg Kopenhagen-Berlin. Im Ort sind mehrere Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker, Gaststätten, Bowling- und Kegelbahn, ein Boots- und Fahrradverleih und vieles mehr. Der Bahnhof Schwaan ist Haltepunkt auf der Strecke Güstrow-Rostock und des Regionalzuges Hamburg-Rostock.
