This spacious, bright vacation apartment with communal pool is located in Denia on the Costa Blanca. The living spaces are distributed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. There is a large living room and from the kitchen direct access to the terrace. The spacious terrace is divided into three different areas: two areas on the covered terrace, one of which is a rest area, and a sunny area where you can enjoy pleasant meals and watch beautiful sunsets.
You have access to two communal pools located in a large garden area. The pools are located between the two apartment blocks and therefore always offer a sunny and shaded area. You will stay here in an excellent location, just 300 meters from the natural beaches of Denia and close to a wide range of practical services. The Costa Blanca, with its special light and its fantastic beaches and coves, is ideal for relaxing on the Mediterranean Sea. This apartment is ideal for families with a pet.
