The kitchen is openly connected to the living room, where there is a fireplace stove that spreads warmth and coziness. A CO²-saving heat pump serves as an additional heat source. From the living room a door leads to the large fenced terrace. In the house there is another living room, which is convenient if you have different interests. The house is bright and inviting and is constantly maintained. In the garden there is a swing and sandbox, as well as space for the family pets. Between the house and the fjord, near the property, is the main road to Søndervig. The cozy and very popular vacation village with many cafes and a good selection of stores can be reached by car or bike in a few minutes. The North Sea and the wide sandy beach can be reached in ten minutes on foot. In nearby Hvide Sande there are good conditions for anglers and you can buy fresh fish.
