Later, you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes on bright summer evenings and watch the stars in the sky on a clear day. After an active day, the Finnish wooden bath will entice you to relax with a cold refreshment. The stone and rock floor slopes down to the lake.

Many sights and attractions entice nearby, for example Läckö Castle with guided walks in the pretty surroundings. Many good restaurants, for example in Spikens Fiskehamn, one of Europe's largest seaports, serve Vänern's delicacies such as white fish and pike. You can try freshly smoked fish and other local specialties such as siklöja with lard.

There are 2 different 18-hole golf courses within a radius of about 10 km. You are close to Kinnekulle, the blooming mountain, Skara Sommarland, Svalnäs with Hindensrev, a beautiful long beach and hiking trail. Also visit Lidköping with its large marketplace, cafes and good shopping. In Grannen you can ride Icelandic horses on request.
