The house is quite isolated, above the resorts Makarska and Tucepi where you can spend your holiday undisturbed away from the hustle and bustle on the Mediterranean coast - 3,2 km from the beach in the town Tučepi. The house is suitable for 5 adults and a baby, consists of two floors, has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom / WC, terrace and pool. The house has a private pool 5 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m. There are two terraces, one sunny with sea views, one shady among grape vines. The balcony, pool and terrace offer a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The second large terrace offers garden furniture with barbecue area, open basketball net and table tennis. Parking is available free of charge. Baby cot included in the price.
