Just 300 meters and you reach the sea and the beautiful beach, this small-town idyll you will easily find their way. In the center of Simrishamn you can shop well and relax in cozy cafes. Houses in pastel colors, paved streets, a harbor and an old city center you will receive. A bike path takes you along the coast to the north and Kivik Brantevik and Skillinge in the south. The hiking Österlenleden run right by the house. Excursions: Stenshuvud National Park, Heath nature reserve Hagestad, white sand beach in Sandhammaren, medieval castle Glimmingehus, Ales Stenar in Kåseberga. Also, you will meet many farm shops and studios of artisans. 800 m from the house is the outdoor pool Tobisvik.
 Three beds and an extra bed can be found in a bedroom. Large eat-in kitchen. Shower and toilet are separate. Outside is garden furniture and a barbecue. The house can be rented by companies. Next to the house a fitness trail that leads through the lying next to the house forest begins.
