From this three-story villa (with elevator) with the characteristic architectural features of its time, partially furnished with antiques and adorned with authentic decorations, you will certainly appreciate the large indoor and outdoor spaces, but also the modern comforts, the external loggia with fireplace, the game room and billiards room and of course the beautiful bean-shaped pool! Relax in the park of about 20,000 m2, sunbathe around the pool, let your children play in complete freedom and then organize a barbecue or cook a real Italian pizza! Due to the convenient location of the villa you can easily reach the main art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa. From the train station Borgo San Lorenzo (7 km away) train connections are also possible. Distances: Florence 20 km, highway connection Barberino di Mugello 22 km, San Gimignano 95 km, Siena 115 km, Lucca 105 km, Pisa 125 km. At the back of the villa is the domicile of the janitor, who is responsible for the arrival and departure of guests, as well as for park and pool maintenance.
