The holiday house with terraces and play area, indoors and outdoors barbecue is located near the sea (1500 m) and pebble beaches (1500 m), next to the historic village centre (300 m) with all basic services within 5 min walking distance. Private property 1200 m2 (fenced), garden with Mediterranean plants, swimming pool (22 m2, depth 120 cm, 15.04.-30.10.). Outdoor shower x 2, terrace (40 m2) + balcony 7 m2 + furniture for dining, garden furniture, barbecue cowered + furniture for dining, children's playground (swing), trampoline. Available: Parking (for 4-5 cars) around the house inside the fence.
Before and after the season is possible to rent each floor separately, first floor and galery 8 people, with barbecue and everything arround house, parking. If someone wants only the ground floor for 5 people, also go parking, fireplace, swings, etc. trampolin - and all that belongs to the house.
