Villa Lena in Podgora
The studio apartment is right by the sea, on the slopes of the Biokovo mountain (1786m) by the ecologically cleanest part of the clearest sea in the world, in the village Podgora. It is only about an hour’s drive (65km) to the south-east of Split and 150km to the north-west of Dubrovnik. This area with olive groves, pine forests and other Mediterranean flora offers a unique opportunity for a leisurely holiday. Owing to the mild climate, you can swim in the sea by the pebbled beaches from spring to late autumn. Villa Lena is in the midst of the promenade that connects the picturesque harbour with the beach and modern hotels, with a view of the beach, yacht harbour and promenade. You can also swim on the molo in front of the house.
The apartments are modern and fully-equipped, so you do not need to bring anything except beach towels. Air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is modern and includes a dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is also a little travel bed for small children.
There is a balcony with a parasol and suite. Parking is free. The courtyard between the apartments, with a beer suite and a grill, is for shared use.
Podgora is an ideal starting point for visiting all major places of interest in Croatia and the neighbouring countries, e.g. Split, Dubrovnik, Korcula, Hvar, Brac, Mostar and Medjugorje. Several restaurants, shops, taxis and a bus stop are nearby. There is also a large playground in front of the house. The nearest beach is 100 metres away. Leisure boats moor in front of the house.
