Welcome to Haus Silke by the lake in the sought-after Dahme-Spreewald area, near the heart of the city of Berlin, but far enough out. Up to four people have the waterfront site of 1400m² all to themselves.Comfortable holiday house on a large waterfront site, with a boat mooring, swimming, a boat, kayaks and bicycles – enjoy a stand-alone location by the water, the peace and quiet, and explore nature with your children, or try your hand at fishing
The 32m² house provides a romantic little bedroom with a queensize bed, a living and dining room with a sofa bed for two people, satellite LCD TV, and a dining table affording an open view over the lake. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The light bathroom has a shower and WC. A highchair and a child’s bed can be reserved for a fee. A box of toys is also available.
At the shore 25 metres away you can go swimming and there is also a boat mooring with a fishing boat, a single and a double kayak. A jetty with a swimming ladder is also available. The lawn with loungers and deckchairs invites you to relax. A campfire area, a grill, children’s outdoor toys and swings round off the outdoor area. A men’s bike, a ladies’ bike, a folding bike, a Puky and a bike for smaller children are available for exploring the area. There are parking spaces on site.
The house stands alone by the water, offering an open view, peace and quiet and seclusion. Children will also find a paradise here for playing, swimming, football or climbing trees. Fishing enthusiasts can also try their luck here, from eel to pikeperch. Please note that the house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers.
The nearest village with a grocery shop, a restaurant and public transport connections is about a kilometre away. It is about 45 minutes to Alexanderplatz or the KaDeWe. It is only about 30 minutes by car to the airport Berlin-Brandenburg (BER), to Königs Wusterhausen or the fairytale Spreewald forest.
