Holiday home in Marina di Massa, in a quiet, rural area near the beaches of Versilia, just 700 metres away. The house and grounds offer views of the hills of Versilia and the Apuan Alps. The flat and unfenced plot of 800 square metres lies on all four sides of the house and consists of lawns and a garden with trees. For outdoor dining there is a barbecue, gazebo, chairs and table; for relaxing in the garden there is a table, armchairs, deckchairs and a beautiful above-ground pool. The sea and fishing opportunities can be reached on foot. Distances: 9 km Massa, 17 km Pietrasanta, 22 km Lerici, 31 km Viareggio, 42 km Portovenere, 43 km le Cinque Terre, 45 km Lucca, 47 km Pisa, 113 km Firenze.     “Ruhig gelegenes, modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Strand und das nächste Restaurant fusßläufig zu erreichen. Gepflegter Garten, mit Pavillon, Liegestühlen und Sitzecke. Wohnküche war gut ausgestattet
    Sehr netter Kontakt, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Etwas hellhörig, ist leider in fast allen Ferienhäusern in Italien. Uns hat es nicht gestört.”

    “Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, problemlose Kommunikation (englisch), zentrale Lage, alles mit dem Pkw binnen Kurzem erreichbar, Strand ist binnen 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sauber und die Ausstattung zweckdienlich und gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
