Charming holiday home on Mjörn, between Tjörn and Orust and only 100 metres from the beautiful Stigfjord.

A quiet location with peaceful surroundings in a cottage neighbourhood and with a large plot for all kinds of outdoor activities. There are three terraces by the house, one of which is under cover and has an open fireplace. This means you can spend hours outside on Sweden's long summer evenings. 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each, one bedroom is accessed from the outside, the so-called annex, and is ideal for older children or teenagers. Wonderful living room/kitchen, which invites you to relax with its open fireplace and kitchen area.

100 metres from the small sandy beach, 300 metres from the jetties. You can fish in Skåpesundbron (sea trout) or from the cliffs. Mjörn is also home to Sundsby Säteri with a café, playground and walking paths. Tjörn also has a pretty fishing village with a watercolour museum and restaurants. You can shop for your daily needs in Almösund, but more choice awaits you in the shopping centre in Stenungsund.

    “Leider sind die Fotos auf Ihrer homepage nicht mehr aktuell und entsprechen nicht dem Zustand des Hauses.
    Die Räumlichkeiten sind jedoch sehr gut aufgeteilt und vom Platzangebot sehr großzügig.
    Die Sauna und deren Eingangsbereich ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen und nicht zu gebrauchen.
    Das WC sollte auch einmal am Boden verschraubt werden, sonst fällt man mitsamt der Kloschüssel um.
    Die Beschreibung des Hauses und des Bootes ist ein handgeschriebener Zettel uns dem Jahre 2012.
    Wäre auch mal zu aktualisieren. Wahrscheinlich sind die Fotos auch noch von dieser Zeit.
    Der Vermieter sollte auch nach jedem Gast, die Endreinigung überprüfen, sonst hat man als Nachmieter vielleicht eine böse Überraschung. z.B Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft.
    Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war abenteuerlich. Der Schlüssel hing einfach über der Tür. War ein Zufall, dass wir den sahen, denn mit dem Vermieter war um 16.00 Uhr ein Treffen vereinbart, das er aber leider nicht wahrnahm. Mit ca. 1300 Euro, ist dieses Objekt, auch in der Hauptreisezeit, leider überbezahlt.
