    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.
    Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch um selbst zu kochen ist alles vorhanden.
    Die Wohnung sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern.
    Auch die Reinigung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es war überall sehr sauber.”

    Zusammenarbeit mit Sekretariat war sehr gut, Frau Ruthardt und Gothan standen immer
    hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer
    Die Wohnung liegt Zentral, Umgebung war sehr leise
    Die Wege zu Supermarkt, Gaststätten, Promenade und Meer kurz
    Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung groß genug Negativ: Die Wohnung lag im 3.Stock mit 69 Stufen, kein Fahrstuhl
    Wir kamen mit Golfgepäck und Koffer und suchten einen Parkplatz, leider gibt es die nur
    per Zufall wenn einer ausparkt, solange drehen sie Ehrenrunden
    Ich habe dann per Zufall ein Parkhaus gefunden, für 99 Euro im Monat, das war Super, 10 Min Fußweg von der Wohnung, der Urlaub gerettet.
    Der Pool war nicht kostenlos, der Bademeister kassierte jeden Tag die Liegen.”

    “Were met outside the apartment complex, and shown to the apartment, where we paid the required 90 euros non refundable final cleaning charge.
    Wonderful duplex apartment with 2 newly refurbished bathrooms, modern kitchen and all necessary equipment. Perfect wi fi reception.
    Amazing views from the balcony, of the pool, sea and mountains.
    Apartment complex brilliantly situated near to numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets, although the apartment itself was extremely quiet.
    No maid service, but not needed because there was an abundance of towels supplied.
    Only downsides were, being on the third floor there were a few flights of stairs to climb and wouldn’t be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
    Also no air con, although a fan was provided on request.
    Bedrooms could also benefit from more comfortable pillows and bedding.”
