Holiday apartment on the third and last floor (with lift) in a small building along the sea in Lido di Camaiore, a seaside resort in the Versilia area. Some distances: 3 km ca. Viareggio, 9 km Pietrasanta, 11 km Forte dei Marmi, 31 km Pisa, 36 km Lucca, 74 km the “Cinque Terre”, 110 km Florence. From the front of the house and from the lovely equipped terrace you will enjoy a panoramic view over the sea, on the back you will see the town and the hills of the Versilia region. At abt. 10 m distance you will find public parkings, both free and upon payment. The house owner will recommend you a nearby beach establishment, a restaurant and bike/scooter rent.

    “I would give this property 4 stars. Lovely modern apartment with exceptional views of the beach. One large living room/kitchen and dining area which was bright and airy with modern stylish furniture. 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite and the other right next to the bathroom. There are 3 TVs in the apartment and the main TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Video, which was great for us as TV and satellite were all in Italian. The apartment is the top floor of the block but there is a lift, which we did not tend to use as staircase was easily climbed. The parking to the front of the apartment is chargeable but if you go a couple of streets back the parking is free there. (Anything with a blue line around is chargeable). The owners of the apartment made us extrermely welcome but do not speak English. This gave us a little bit of trouble (with a few laughs along the way) but we were able to overcome it as they are both so lovely. It was very much a home from home for the week.”

    “Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schlüsselhalter spricht leider kein Englisch, aber ist sehr bemüht. Sogar Klimaanlage in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Parken an Strandpromenade am Wochenende schwierig.”

    “Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns die ganze Woche wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert und wunderschön von den Besitzern möbliert. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet und bietet alles, was eine Familie zu Kochen benötigt – wobei man nicht groß zum Kochen kommt, da diverse super Restaurants vor der Haustüre zu finden sind. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer sowie die Lage ist der Hammer! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. In der Zwischenzeit hat es ebenfalls WiFi. Um dennoch ein paar kritische Worte zu verlieren: Von Mo.-Fr. findet man mühelos einen Parkplatz, aber am Sa./So. ist es je nach Tageszeit nicht immer ganz einfach. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit sofort wieder mieten!!!”
