Holiday house with private garden, 2 large gazebos equipped with table and chairs for dining and sofas for relaxing next to the pool (10x4,5). Furnishings in shabby-chic style. The property has a fitness area in the basement floor and an outbuilding with a big kitchen and pizza oven, ideal for arranging a convivial dinner with family or friends. The outdoor area is completely fenced and it is perfect for those who want to spend a holiday with their pet. The position of the accommodation allows to easily reach the beaches of Viareggio (5 km), the city of Carnival, famous for its “promenade” with several restaurants, boutiques and shops of the best brands. From here you can take the ferries to Cinque Terre, charming villages in Liguria, inserted in the UNESCO world heritage list. In the area we suggest to visit Forte dei Marmi (20 km), famous resort with its beautiful beaches. Here you can also find excellent restaurants and boutiques. Lucca (30 km) famous for its intact 16th-century walls nicknamed “the city of 100 churches”; in the center there is the narrow medieval “via Fillungo” with great shops. Pietrasanta (16 km) with its marble sculpture workshops and studios of famous artists. Torre del Lago (3 km) known for the Puccini Festival that takes place every summer in the big open-air theatre dedicated to the musician Giacomo Puccini who lived and composed his major works here. This town also offers naturalistic excursions by boat on the lake.

    “Die Lage war nicht so toll, in einem Wirtschaftlichen Gebiet. Leider nur Straßen, die ziemlich schmutzig waren.
    Das Grundstüch, mit Garten und Pool ist sehr toll. War das Beste an dem Haus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war ok. Es wurde mit 3 Badezimmer angegeben, was man so nicht benutzen kann, bzw. sagen kann. Ein Badezimmer ist im Wohnbereich, das zweite ist im Keller ziemlich ein Loch und das dritte ist in dem Abstellzimmer, seperrat. Man muss aus dem Haus gehen. Und was ein sehr großes Minus ist, sind die Betten Sie sind sehr schmal und die Matratzen sehr dünn.
