Apartment in Mlini with Open Fireplace and Panoramic View

This spacious 90m² holiday apartment is right near the beach in the idyllic little fishing village of Mlini, between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, on the southern Croatian Adriatic coast, providing an ideal starting point for experiencing the long beaches, romantic bays and Croatian hospitality. You can make yourselves comfortable down in the enclosed garden planted with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, shared with the owner. You can also enjoy long grill evenings under a starry sky. If you arrive by car then there are secure parking spaces right in front of the house. The owner on the lower floor is happy to assist with any queries.

The holiday apartment occupies the top two floors of the three-storey family house, which was newly built in 2009. It was completely renovated in 2014 and fitted with the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (warm/cool) in all the rooms. It is accessed up outdoor stairs, leading to the separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It has a light and airy and light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a very modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The lower floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a digital flatscreen TV with a USB port and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs.A breakfast bar separates the dining room from the modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sun terrace, with a table and chairs for leisurely meals outdoors. The open fireplace opposite the sofa exudes a cosy atmosphere and provides pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. There is also a guest toilet on this floor, with a washing machine. Wide stone stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the other has another double bed with separate mattresses. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for an adult or two children. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, providing ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The larger bedroom also has direct access to a second private sun terrace with a table and chairs, affording an extensive panoramic view over pine trees as far as the sea. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace is provided. A cot and a highchair are available, along with free wireless Internet access in the apartment.

The apartment is only about 50 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. There is another beach about 200 metres away. It is only about 50 metres to the centre of Mlini with shops, cafés and restaurants.
