Newly-built, five-star holiday house with a quality interior

This holiday house is in a hamlet on a typical regional high plain at 950 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by meadows and forests.

The newly built house with around 115m² of living space can accommodate up to six people comfortably. The rooms are spread over two floors. The ground floor has a light and inviting living room with comfortable furniture and a panoramic window. The fully-equipped Alno kitchen, bathed in plenty of daylight, has a granite worktop and all the necessary electrical appliances, as well as a coffee machine. The ground floor also has an open dining space and a guest WC. The house has a sauna, a wood-burning stove and under-floor heating. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor.

The house is surrounded by a lovely all-round terrace. There is also a newly planted, big garden with a play tower, trampoline etc.

Children under ten years of age can stay at the house for free (max. two children). Snow shoes and bathrobes are included. The wood-burning stove stores heat up to 24 hours. The house is cleaned thoroughly at every change-over, but you are kindly requested to leave the house clean and tidy, i.e. with bed linen removed and dishes and oven cleaned.

Pure nature… hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, inline skating, snow shoe tours (4 pairs included), sledge tours – all of these are possible straight from the house. You can go skiing and swimming two kilometres away. There are restaurants and shopping facilities in the next largest town about 5km away.
