The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 2015 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

    “Ausstattung: Fast wie in der Objektbeschreibung zutreffend. (nur das Bügeleisen fehlte),
    das zweite Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss profitiert nicht von der Klimaanlage - an Schlaf war dort wegen der Hitze leider nicht zu denken, die Kinder mussten behelfsmäßig ins Wohnzimmer ausweichen....
    Terrasse im Garten, Gartenmöbel und Grill waren nicht nutzbar, da alles in desolatem Zustand (wurden auch nicht vom Vermieter bei Schlüsselübergabe gezeigt)
    Der Wäscheständer ist sehr klein.
    Der Balkon verfügt glücklicherweise über eine Markise (nicht auf den Bildern vorhanden), die die Mittagssonne abhält, die schweren Vorhänge halten ebenfalls die Sonne gut ab.
    Sehr gute Fensterläden mit Kippfunktion - außerdem lassen sich mitgebrachte Mückengitternetze zusätzlich gut montieren.
    Für die Mülltrennung, auf die zum Glück auf der Insel viel Wert gelegt wird, fehlen entsprechende Mülleimer in der Küche.
    Der freundliche Vermieter (spricht leider weder englisch noch deutsch) wohnt nicht im Haus, ist aber über die Reiseagentur jederzeit erreichbar. (Dort spricht man auch vorwiegend englisch!) Ein gewünschtes zweites Bettlaken (Zudecke) für das Ehebett wurde umgehend von ihm gebracht! :-)

    Lage: ruhig, liegt am Stadtrand, Innenstadt Krk bergab gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermärkte Lidl, Konzum und Plodine schnell mit Auto erreichbar.

    Zustand und Sauberkeit: neuwertig, sauber, nach einer Woche neue Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher, ein Abzieher für das Regenwasser auf dem Balkon wäre sinnvoll!

    Preisniveau: sehr hochpreisig - dafür hätten wir das zweite Schlafzimmer auch klimatisiert erwartet.”
