Rabac. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner KVA RAC 075 and KVA RAC 082 (each for 4 persons) and KVA RAC 084 (8 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 1 bis 1,5 km (Fussweg) vom Strand/Hafen entfernt. Sie ist aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin befindet sich ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt. Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch (auf dem Balkon) auf das Wasser ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man zum kochen benötigt, ausgestattet. Leider sind die Anschlüsse für eine Waschmaschine nicht belegt. Der Handtuch-/Wäscheservice ist unkompliziert. Nach einer Woche lag die Wäsche, inkl. Klopapier und Geschirrtücher an der Haustür. Der Empfang vom Vermieter war herzlich, Anfragen wurden prompt zu Zufriedenheit erledigt.”

    “Super Wohnung. Lage allerdings weit oben am Hang, somit viele Treppen zum Laufen ;-), aber ein toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Vermieter war nett und unproblematisch. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden.”

    “Großzügig, hell, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und mit Allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft... Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad... Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Vermieter sehr nett... Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!!!”
