This holiday apartment for up to 2 adults and 2 children is located on the outskirts of Poseritz in the owner's house on the approx. 1,700 m² residential property. An inn is approx. 600 m away, a farm shop for dairy products approx. 1 km and the nearest supermarket approx. 6 km.
The approx. 45 m² large, cosily furnished non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and central heating and is equipped with a living room (sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio) with an open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a hallway. There is also a car parking space, a seating area with barbecue, a bicycle storage room and 2 bicycles for free use.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. A small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.
Poseritz is a village in a rural setting in the southern part of the island of Rügen and can be reached quickly via the impressive Rügen Bridge. In the village, which has retained a certain originality and tranquillity, there is an inn and a farm shop selling natural dairy products. The nearest supermarket is in Garz, approx. 6 km away. The region is easy to explore by bike, with a popular cycle path towards Bergen running right on the edge of the village. Swimming and fishing opportunities can be found on the Strelasund, approx. 7 km away. The long sandy beaches around Binz can be reached in half an hour by car.
