Welcome to "The Cozy Lindau" - your holiday flats on Lindau Island. The holiday flats are located in a listed house in the heart of Lindau Island, centrally close to Maximilienstraße, the main shopping street and the heart of Lindau's old town. From your holiday flat it is about a 3 minute walk to the famous Lindau harbour with the lion and the tower - the landmark of Lindau. On the harbour promenade you will find various cafés, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Within about 3 minutes you are on the back island. Here you will find beautiful sunbathing lawns, various bathing spots, a freelatics park, a beach volleyball court and a scater park. From the back island you can enjoy the long evening sun and, in good weather, watch a breathtaking sunset. At the café on the back island you can enjoy a tasty cold drink or snacks in pleasant company. The house has a lockable bicycle garage with access to the street, so that nothing stands in the way of beautiful bicycle tours in the Lake Constance region. Arrival is contactless - the key for your holiday flat is stored in a key safe in the building, so that you can check in flexibly at any time on the day of your arrival. A Rewe supermarket including a bakery, a pizzeria and a bicycle rental shop are only 100 metres away from the flat. The "Lindau-Insel" train station is about 250 metres away, which makes travelling by train ideal and gives you the flexibility to discover the Lake Constance region by public transport. In addition, there is a bus stop not far from the holiday flat. With the guest card Echt Bodensee Card EBC, which you receive free of charge upon arrival, you can use the regional bus and train connections free of charge in the entire BODO area. If you arrive by car, you can drive directly to the front door for loading and unloading. For the duration of your stay, you can use the public car parks of the city of Lindau, which are located in front of the Lindau Island. You can quickly get back to Lindau Island on foot, by bike, electric scooter or bus.

The vacation apartment "Lindau - die Trauminsel 4" is located on the 2nd floor of a monumental building (built in 1890) in the heart of the Lindau island and thus in the middle of the Lindau inner city. With two beds in different rooms, the vacation apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee capsules, kettle, toaster, bed linen, towels, iron, ironing board, soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels and smart TV with Netflix possibility.
