Beautiful villa in 2nd sea line, unbeatable location with fantastic views of the Bay of Alcúdia with direct access to the sea. You just have to cross the street (a dead end street with traffic) and go down the steps that lead to the sea.
The house is located in a privileged area, Alcanada, a very quiet residential area and close to the center of the port of Alcúdia .
You can reach the promenade with a nice walk in about 10 minutes.
On the 1st and main floor there is a large living - dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with exit to the veranda where you can enjoy the panoramic views. 1 full bathroom.
The 2nd floor has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sun terrace with beautiful sea views.
