Holiday Apartment in Zambratija with Uncovered Terrace and Wonderful View

The modest apartment is located on the first floor of a family house which still offers an apartment and a bedroom with a bathroom for rent (a two-room apartment for 3 persons on the first floor and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor). The house with a magnificent garden and private parking, covered in the property.

The Luciana2 apartment enjoys an excellent location just 200m from the beach. Located in a quiet and comfortable area, excellent for those who do not like to travel by car during the holiday. The nearest rocky beach is only 200m away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes through a lawn and olive grove, the pebble beach where it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas is only 300m away, while the sandy beach is 850m away.

The apartment with a private entrance has a living area, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The living area consists of an equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove with 4 electric burners, oven, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, dining table with 3 chairs, two armchairs, chest of drawers, Flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area a beautiful sea view from the window. The complete bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and one single bed (80x200), two bedside tables with night lamps and wardrobe, bed linen provided (weekly change). At the entrance, the uncovered terrace furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the terrace a wonderful view of the sea, olive grove and lawn. In the courtyard of the fenced property, barbecue and parking are available for shared use.

The area is surrounded by private houses, small condominiums, olive groves, meadows, nearby the beaches are natural (rocky) a little crowded for those who love tranquility and the clear sea. At a distance of a few hundred meters, there are equipped beaches. The gravel beach where it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas at only 350 m, while the sandy one at 850 m. The excellent restaurants in the area recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine, at the edges of the beaches you will find various fast food restaurants, bars. There is no shortage of beautiful quiet areas for coastal walks. Nearby the Savudrija tourist village, the Savudrija campsite and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is highly sought after for its variety of beaches: sandy, pebble and rocky for every need and taste.

The center of Bašanija is 400m away, where you will find the grocery store, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, bakery, everything you need for a wonderful holiday. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more. For organized trips, we recommend the Trevitours agency which, after a telephone consultation or with the owner, also brings the tickets to your home.
