Our 70qm ground floor apartment with two separate bedrooms is located a few minutes walk from the large and small Alpsee. Let yourself be carried away from everyday life and immerse yourself in the charming vacation world of the Allgäu. The proximity to nature and to various leisure facilities makes the location of our house attractive. With the large and small Alpsee on the doorstep (500m), the distances to the tourist and scenic highlights to the region are short.
Look forward to an allergy-friendly non-smoking apartment, which provides a comfortable climate with a comfort ventilation and heat pump.
Within a radius of 20km you will find numerous ski resorts in winter, from beginners to professionals.
Our spacious 70sqm apartment, has a large eat-in kitchen with a cozy dining area. On the pull-out sofa you can let your soul dangle. The oak wood floors round off the flair of a cozy "zuHause" all around. Through the controlled ventilation of the living room you will experience an optimal living climate and you will find restful sleep in the two separate bedrooms. Therefore, the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The spacious terrace faces west and is equipped with terrace furniture and parasol. A wonderful way to end the day after a strenuous mountain tour with a hearty snack.
