A public bath place at the Traunsee is at 5 minutes walking distance. You can start your hiking tours directly from the house.
Shopping 2 km distance, public transport 500 m, railway station 3 km.
Cleaning fee is obligatory, 70€ per stay, please pay to concierge.
If you require to use bed linen and towels of the flat (7€/person and stay), please indicate at booking and pay to the concierge.

The holiday flat Lacus Felix is located in the 3rd and top floor of the house Pühret 29 and offers you a free view into three directions over the Traunsee and from the Feuerkogel over the Gmundnerberg, Gmunden, the Grünberg, the Traunstein up to the Schlafenden Griechin.
This friendly appartment is 60m2 big and equipped in high quality modern style.
It consists of
