A little away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy your holiday here and still be in the centre or directly on the fantastic Baltic Sea beach of Timmendorf in just a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern residential complex. There is a lift in the building for your convenience.
The holiday flat is particularly bright and friendly thanks to the spacious balcony door. The open-plan living area and kitchen are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with a pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. The large balcony has a barbecue and plenty of seating. Here you can have breakfast with a wonderful view of the village or enjoy a barbecue in the evening. The holiday apartment has an underground car park, which you can reach from the outside via a goods lift. There is also space for a large vehicle. There is also a bicycle cellar where you can safely store bicycles or sports equipment. You can also reach the apartment easily from there by lift.

The kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach from Niendorf up to Sierksdorf in the Bay of Lübeck is one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Germany. You can hire a beach chair on the beach or enjoy the sun on the fine-grained sand. Sports fans will find everything their heart desires there, whether surfing, diving or stand-up paddling, there is something for everyone. There are numerous activities for holidaymakers, a visit to the Baltic Sea thermal baths, the Sea Life Aquarium or a shopping tour along the city's promenade with its numerous shops and restaurants. The old Hanseatic city of Lübeck with its historic buildings and museums is only 15 kilometres away. Excursions to Travemünde or Lake Plön are also easily possible from here.
