The First beach is 500m away. The sandy beach is 800 m away and can be used for a fee. The city center (Zadar) is 2.5km away. Airport is 11 km away.
In the garden there is a parking for 4 cars. There is a barbecue in the garden too.
Villa Dalmatia has 3 floors in total: the ground floor, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. There are 5 bedrooms in the house, one with 2 separate single beds and 4 with double beds. There are 5 bathrooms, 2 with bathtubs and 3 with showers. There are 3 living rooms (two are for 4 people each and one is for 2 people) and 7 balconies. On the top floor balcony there is a grill inside, and in the garden there is a grill/barbecue outside. There is a washing machine and free wi fi. There are 5 air conditioners in the house.
