In summary it can be said that this pension is ideal for those who want to visit the Macha region (Máchův kraj), Macha Lake (Máchovo jezero), "Doksy" (Hirschberg), or the endless forests of the former military area , "Kokořín" castle, "Břehyně- Pecopala" nature reserve with the most beautiful view of the "Bezděz" castle over the pond of "Břehyně" (pond).

The separate enclosed garden with playground behind the house offers a pleasant privacy. There is ample parking for your vehicle in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the property. There is a bus stop in the place.

In total there are 17 beds available for the accommodation. On the ground floor there is a 4-bed room, barrier-free bathroom with WC and shower. On the first floor there are two rooms, a room with 2 (2+1 bed) and a room with 5 beds (2+1+1+1bed). In the attic is an appartment with two rooms (2 + 3 beds) available. All rooms and the apartment have a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a "smart" TV set with internet access and satellite signal in every rooms. There is free WIFI access in the entire house. There is a fully equipped large kitchen for common use and a dining room for 17 persons on the ground floor. In the kitchen you will find a stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, water cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes of stainless steel or porcelain. There is also another a small kitchen for apartment on the first floor . This kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, water heater and refrigerator. Thanks to these kitchens, you are completely independent in the morning for breakfast and for your excursion program whole day. Those who do not like to cook on holiday have a wide selection of excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and pastry shops in Doksy or Staré Splavy. The accommodation is suitable throughout the year for holidays, for recreation or for celebrations for families, groups or friends'travels, as well as company events etc. are possible.

The house is located on the bank of the pond (Břehyňský rybník) near Macha's Lake, between the forests cca 3 km away from the town of Doksy. There are tourist paths and biking trails nearby. In Doksy you will find shopping, culture and entertainment.

Please note: The cozy rooms in the attic have a slightly reduced height. In the attic isn't central heating. The entire building is non-smoking. In the neighborhood there is a snack especially. with far-famed soft ice cream. Country house and the corresponding land were registered in the Land Register of the Czech Republic according to the Act for Cultural Heritage in the national list of Northern Bohemia and are therefore a cultural monument.
